Headshots allow you to introduce yourself more directly, which makes you more memorable and approachable, rather than having your name and job title listed on your company website. These images can be used for your CV, website or LinkedIn profile.

Headshots are usually photographed in a photography studio with a neutral background and special lighting so that the focus is on the individual. Our photographer will bring everything they need. All we require is approximately  3x3 meters to set up a backdrop, lighting and reflectors.

OUR PROCESS

  • Mobile Studio

It takes around 30 minutes to transform your office or meeting room into a photography studio. Ideally we need a minimum of 3x3 meters. We spend time with each member of staff and capture a series of portraits.


  • Review

The images captured can be reviewed instantly on a tablet or monitor, allowing you to pick your favourite image. The photographer will also make note of anything you would like retouched.


  • Image Delivery

Our in-house editors process each persons favourite images and delivers them online via a password protected link. All the images come back correctly named, resized and cropped ready to upload online.


  • Image Consistency

We record all the setting used during the photoshoot such as lighting power, camera settings  so that if we return in the future, we can maintain a consistency across all the images captured.

Professional Headshot Photographer

  • What backdrops are available?

    We offer a black, white or grey backdrop for your headshots.  We can also order a backdrop in any colour or style at an additional cost. Please contact us for details.

  • Can you take group portraits?

    Yes, we can take photographs of large groups if needed. Make this clear in your booking and we can arrange a larger backdrop if necessary. 

  • How long does it take to photograph one person

    On average, we spend 10 minutes with each member of staff. This includes lighting setup which will need adjusting from person to person, as well as coaching each individual on how best to stand/pose. After each shoot, there is an opportunity to review images and select favoraites. 

  • How quickly can I view the images?

    Our cameras are Wifi-enabled, This means you can see the images instantly on our tablet or computer and check you are happy with the result.

  • Do you edit or retouch the photos?

    All the selected images are edited and retouched if required. 

  • How much space do you need for the studio?

    Ideally, the more space to move around in the better and we should be somewhere quiet without onlookers as no one wants an audience when having their photos taken. The minimum amount of space needed for the studio is 3x3 meters

  • Can you print the photos for our staff notice board?

    We offer photo printing in house. Let us know the size you require and we will take care of any printing for you including the staff members name and title underneath each image
